Has anyone done Kari Pearce’s Power Ab Program? If so, how did you like it? Did you get decent results? What level did you choose? I don’t know if I should do level 1 or 2. I would consider myself to have a pretty strong core (can hold planks for a good while, do most sit-up reps unbroken, etc) but I struggle with things like toes to bar.
